About OceanCliff
OceanCliff is a beautiful waterfront wedding venue located in Newport, Rhode Island. It occupies the site of the former Bronson Villa that was built in 1864 and has been converted to an oceanfront retreat that can hosts lavish parties and events.
Located on ten acres of rolling lawns with spectacular views, this venue is perfect for a classic wedding. OceanCliff has many event spaces that are the ideal backdrop for various wedding celebrations. The Grand Ballroom accommodates anywhere from 70-225 guests, while The Upper Deck seats up to 150 guests and has sweeping views of the Newport Bridge and Narragansett Bay. The Safari Room is a restaurant and bar that couples can use for a cocktail hour or rehearsal dinner, as it accommodates 70 guests outside and 50 guests inside.
